Welcome to "I made it!" Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our mobile application (the "App") and related services. By accessing, downloading, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not use the App or its Services.
"I made it!" offers optional in-app purchases on a subscription or one-time purchase basis. Current pricing:
Prices may vary by region and currency. All prices are in equivalent local currency as set on the App Store.
Payment Processing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. We do not directly process payments; all transactions are handled by the App Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings on the App Store after purchase.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any in-app purchases. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through the App Store. Please refer to Apple's refund policy for more information.
iCloud Integration: "I made it!" utilizes your iCloud account for data synchronization and storage when you enable this feature. Your personal data (habits and mood logs) is stored under your iCloud account.
No Server Storage: We do not store any personal data on our servers. You maintain complete control and ownership of your data through your iCloud account.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iCloud account credentials and any Apple ID information. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:
The App and its content, design, features, and functionality are owned by UtilCat and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
Your personal data (habits, moods, and content) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your personal information.
"I made it!" is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet any specific requirements. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UtilCat and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through app updates or notifications. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
